In June of 2025, I spent a month in Florida on business. In July, I found my way back and as happy as I was to be, work didn't stop just because I was home. My first week back, I already had a session booked, this time a couple's shoot.
I got the privilege of photographing Emanuel and Katherine for their first shoot as Emanuel's birthday present to her just the day before her birthday at HIS birthday dinner JUST the day before. Although planned, still very sporadic and very much on the fly as I'm sure you can tell by the previous sentence, but these are the moments I LIVE for.

With just a little sunlight and a very, VERY full stomach (I ate greatly by the way), we drove to Birmingham from Hoover and shot just over Rainbow Bridge off Avondale. I wanted to get as candid as possible while capturing their most intimate moments, but this is still mAD iMOTiON. And here at m.i., everything isn't always as cute and ditzy as most would expect, and this is a perfect example of that. We deny NO requests, even those that involve a 9MM and obscene hand gestures.
This was a fun one. Great views, great vibes, and great people. And we still had time to walk to Elyton after for a drink. I mean it when I tell you I have the best job in the world. I can't complain. Let your next shoot be your best shoot. You can only get that from me.
